(Extract from the General Terms and Conditions of Neuhaus Consulting GmbH)
By registering for a seminar, workshop or coaching session, the participant accepts the conditions of participation of Neuhaus Consulting GmbH.
2. Agreement entering into effect, payment conditions
The agreement enters into effect upon the participant's receipt of the booking confirmation from Neuhaus Consulting GmbH. The participation fees become due upon receipt of invoice and are payable by the date stated in the invoice. Registrations will be accepted in the chronological order of their receipt.
3. Prices, price changes
The seminar prices listed in the programme include the seminar fees, the seminar documentation, technical equipment as well as catering and refreshments during the seminar. Reimbursement will not be made for any services not availed of.
Should a participant unexpectedly not be able to take part in a seminar, a substitute participant may be designated at any time at no extra charge. Alternatively, upon written cancellation received by Neuhaus Consulting GmbH at the latest four weeks before the start of the seminar, the participant will be reimbursed the seminar fee in full. For cancellations received by Neuhaus Consulting GmbH at the latest two weeks before the start of the seminar, fifty percent of the fee for the seminar will be charged. For cancellations received after this date or for non-participation in a seminar no reimbursement of fees will be made. The date of receipt of written cancellation by Neuhaus Consulting GmbH shall be determining.
Neuhaus Consulting GmbH shall have the right to change the location or time of the event or to provide a substitute trainer. The event may be cancelled with full reimbursement of all fees paid up to that point in time for important cause - such as illness of a trainer or a low number of registered participants. Any other claims for reimbursement or any other claims shall not be recognised.
Neuhaus Consulting GmbH shall not assume liability for any property or personal injuries during participation in the seminar.
Special agreements (for example for in-house seminars) shall be made in writing and shall form an integral part of the contractual agreement.
